We have developed a course for PMs in IT who want to be competitive in the Agile era. You will learn about agile methodologies, project management principles, and team management. After completing the course, you will be able to implement IT projects successfully.

You will immediately put the knowledge into practice. During the course, you will work on your own project (or an offered one) by conduct a Canvas assessment, creating a backlog and user story, and holding a feedback session for IT teams.

About the course

Selection of methodology

We will explore the pros and cons of a flexible methodology framework. You will learn how to develop a product backlog, distribute roles in a team, and organize project work on SCRUM and Kanban.

Project management

You will study approaches to managing IT projects. We will explain how to formulate goals based on the SMART matrix, draw up a roadmap, and determine project milestones.

Team management

We will teach you the basics of people management. You will learn how to create ground rules for IT teams, develop the competencies of specialists, and work with distributed teams.
